Sean Forsyth, FNP

Description

Sean Forsyth, FNP received his Master of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University and obtained his family nurse practitioner certificate in 2020. He began his career as a registered nurse then began treating patients in the outpatient setting after earning his license. Forsyth’s clinical interests include preventative care, patient-centered care, and geriatric treatment. He is a member of the American Nurses Association and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
