Ian Baxter, DO is originally from Pittsburgh, Pa. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from California University of Pennsylvania. A recipient of the Air Force Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship, he graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. He completed his OB/GYN residency at Wright State University School of Medicine and Wright-Patterson Medical Center in 2005. Dr. Baxter fulfilled his military commitment at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska as a Major, where he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal.
